Joe L. “Pollo” Perez, 64, of New Braunfels, passed away on Dec. 2, 2006.
Mr. Perez was born on Feb. 25, 1942 in Uvalde, Texas to Pauline L. and Manuel Perez of Hondo, Texas.
He was preceded in death by is parents.
He is survived by two sons, Joe Robert Perez and wife Diane of Lockhart, and Rick Perez and wife Gayla of Seguin, along with their families, Chri

stopher, Scott, Felicia and Tabitha Perez of Lockhart and Jason, Gabriel and Emily Perez of Seguin. He also leaves behind two sisters, Petra Parra and Janie P. Villalobos of Lockhart.
The family held a private memorial service.
