Mrs. Petra V. Gonzales

Mrs. Petra V. Gonzales, 91, of Lockhart, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2007. She was born on Oct. 26, 1915.
Mrs. Gonzales is survived by her daughters: Alvina Castillo, Mariana Ramirez and Esperanza Gonzales; sons: Frank Gonzales, Santos Gonzales and Jesse Gonzales; sisters, Florinda Balenzuela, Jacinta Tanguma and Isabel Medina; and brothers: Jose Cerda and Francisco

Cerda; as well as 29 grandchildren.
Recitation of the rosary was at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 22, 2007 at the DeLeon Funeral Home. Funeral mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 23, 2007 at St. Mary”s Catholic Church. Burial followed in St. Mary”s Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were Nino Ramriez, Jr., Julian Ramirez, Adam Ramirez, Ricky Castillo, Joe Castillo, Jr., and David Ortiz.
Serving as honorary pallbearer was Zachary Harrell.
