Pamela Muckelroy Truehardt

Pamela Muckelroy Truehardt, age 76 of Lake Toledo Bend, passed away on January 13, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

A native of Lockhart, TX and a former longtime resident of San Antonio, Pam spent the last 14 years on Lake Toledo Bend. A 1959 graduate of Lockhart High School, she attended Texas State University and the University of Texas in Austin. A poised and gracious lady she was a former model with the J.D. Powers Modeling Agency in Austin. She kept a greenhouse for most of her life, was a lifetime member of the San Antonio Garden Club and was a member of The African Violet Society of America. Every night Pam and her husband Tommy would say “Good night, sweet dreams, I love you”.

She is preceded in death by her parents Richard Vernon Muckelroy Jr. and Geraldine Horner Muckelroy; sister Gerry Ann DeMarco.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Tommy Truehardt of Lake Toledo Bend, TX; son Thomas Vernon Truehardt of Lake Toledo Bend, TX; daughter Brandy Lynn Heinz of San Antonio, TX; brothers Richard Muckelroy and James Calvin Muckelroy of Lockhart, TX and a host of other family and friends.
