Allen “Cookie” Blackard
Allen “Cookie” Blackard passed way at his home in Kerrville, Texas on Wednesday Sept. 5, 2007.
He is survived by two daughters, Terry and Katie Blackard of Kerrville; two sons, David Blackard of Kentucky and Justin Blackard of Colorado; four grandchildren of Kerrville; and sister Catherine Blackard of Lockhart.
Memorial services will be held in Kerrville Nov. 3,
2007 at Kerrville Funeral Home.
