Ron’s Weiners raises money for Lockhart Animal Foundation 

 Last Friday, Ron Faulstitch, owner of Ron’s Weiners, was the hero for the Lockhart Animal Foundation during the First Friday event in downtown Lockhart.  

       Faulstitch opened up his hot dog stand outside Old Pal Texas Tavern on the square. This pre-250th Anniversary 4th of July celebration began at 6 pm. By almost 10 pm, Ron had sold 100 hot dogs to raise nearly $800 for the shelter’s needs.
