Lockhart ISD’s Dr. Estrada speaks to CCRTA
Caldwell County Retired Teachers Association President Ann Thomas thanked Lockhart ISD Superintendent Dr. Mark Estrada for speaking to the group Sept. 8. Estrada shared updates on district growth, new facilities, improved school scores, Fine Arts, college-credit opportunities, robotics achievements and other programs, while emphasizing the district’s continued focus on excellence.
