Benny Wayne Voight

Benny Wayne Voight, 69, of Lockhart died June 30, 2005 in Austin. Mr. Voight was born May 2, 1936 in Taylorsville to George Henry and Elizabeth Lee Etheredge Voight. He was united in marriage to Iva Baumbach Sept. 5, 1970 in Lockhart.
Mr. Voight is survived by his wife, Iva Voight of Lockhart; children, Ben W. Voight of Bastrop, Tammy Lynn Edwards of Austin, Elizabeth

Lee Voight of Lockhart, and Vivian Ann Friesenhahn of Canyon Lake; Sisters, Cubie McKean of Red Rock, Wanda Zaleski and Roseada Chamberlain, both of Lockhart; grandchildren, Stacy Elayne Edwards, Hannah Paige Voight, Bethany Raegan Voight, Dalton Layne Voight and Belton Randall Andress.
Visitation was held from 5-7 p.m. July 4 at Eeds Funeral Home. Funeral Services were held at 9 a.m. July 5 at Eeds Funeral Home with Pastor Rex Johnson officiating. Interment followed at Black Jack Springs Cemetery near La Grange. Serving as pallbearers were, Skylar McKean, Gordon McKean, Ricky Zaleski, Chris Baumbach, Timothy Zaleski, Wade Gott and Fred Voigt.
