Seledonio Albarez

Mr. Seledonio Albarez, 85, of Lockhart, passed away on Dec. 4, 2011. He was born on March 3, 1926.

Mr. Albarez is survived by his wife, Emily Albarez; daughters: Carmen Torres (Salvador), Porfiria Gutierrez (Ben), Nan Lerma and Mary Alvarez; sons: Albert Alvarez, Joe Alvarez, Felipe Alvarez, John Alvarez, Seledonio Alvarez, Michael Alvarez and Peter Alvarez; 30 grandchildren

; and 26 great-grandchildren.

Recitation of the rosary was at 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 5, 2011, at the DeLeon Funeral Home. Funeral mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial followed in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
