Eugene Erickson
Retired Sr. Master Sargent Eugene Erickson, Jr., 71, of Lockhart, passed away on Sept. 19, 2014. He was born on Oct. 5, 1942 in Houston, Texas to Eugene Wallace, Sr and Loretta Theresa Erickson.
He was a 20-year veteran serving in the Air Force as an aerial mechanic.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his son, Daryl Erickson; daughter, Gina Johnson; b
rother, Robert Erickson; sister, Helen Morrow; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, at the Lockhart City Cemetery in Lockhart.

Today Bruce was thinking of your dad and he searched the internet for his name. Sadly he found his obituary. We are so sad to read of his passing. Your dad was a good friend long ago in our younger years. We visited your family when you lived in Wimberly.Bruce was stationed with him at Blytheville and Ellington.
