Best Of advertising placements are digital advertising services. If Post Register rejects an advertisement or cannot provide the purchased placement, the advertiser will receive a full refund for the affected placement.
An advertiser may cancel for a full refund before the advertisement is approved or begins displaying. After approval or display begins, charges are nonrefundable except for service not delivered, a billing error, or when required by law, the payment provider, or the applicable card network.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider, card issuer, or advertiser's financial institution.
To request a cancellation or report a problem, contact the advertising department and include the business name and order number.
