By purchasing a placement, the advertiser confirms that they are authorized to act for the named business and have the right to use all submitted names, images, logos, trademarks, and other material.
All advertisements are subject to review. The Lockhart Post-Register may request changes, pause, or reject material that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, technically harmful, or inconsistent with its publication standards. Payment does not guarantee approval.
Placements are provided only for the categories, quantity, and contest period shown at checkout. Advertising does not guarantee impressions, clicks, votes, sales, placement in contest results, or any other outcome. First-come display order may apply.
The advertiser is responsible for accurate claims, working destination links, and timely responses to revision requests. Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, hosting, networks, or events outside reasonable control will be addressed as promptly as practical.
Questions or disputes should first be sent to the advertising department with the business name and PayPal order number. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
