Coleman Unit helps at Stampede
On Saturday, April 27, several staff members from the Gregory Coleman Unit and their family turned out for the Kiwanis Stampede 5K run. These clubs are comprised of compassionate adults deeply concerned about children’s well-being. People joined Kiwanis clubs because they are dedicated to making a positive impact in children’s lives. As committed individuals striving to enhance children’s well-being, Kiwanis members are part of a worldwide network. They collaborate with each other and with organizations that share similar missions. Although staff had to be up early on a Saturday morning, every participant fully enjoyed themselves. This was a great opportunity for the Coleman unit to get out and meet with other organizations within the Lockhart community. Courtesy photo
