Mr. Daniel Hernandez, Sr., 85, of Lockhart, passed away Saturday, April 26, 2008. He was born on Jan. 3, 1923.
Mr. Hernandez is survived by his sons, Danny Hernandez, Edward D. Hernandez, and Daniel Hernandez, Jr.; sisters, Domitila Juarez, Avelina Vega, and Patrocina Martinez; and brother, Manuel Herandez, Sr.
Recitation of the rosary was at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Apri

l 29, 2008, at the DeLeon Funeral Home. Funeral mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2008, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial followed in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were Jimmy Vega, Manuel Hernandez, Jr., Tim Juarez, Robert Martinez, Steve Lobus and Kenneth Baker.
