Edward Branch, 83 of Killeen, formerly of Lockhart, passed away on Friday, October 22, 2004 in Temple, Texas.

Mr. Branch was preceded in death by his parents Travis and Addie Branch; sister, Louise Branch; brothers, William H. (W.H.) Branch, Travis T. Branch and Carl Lee Branch; and daughter, Evelyn Branch.

Survivors include his wife Janic

e Branch of Killeen; sons, Travis Branch of Lockhart, George Branch, Timothy Swane and Gregory Swane all of Killeen; daughters, Janice M . Branch of Lockhart, Betty Ray Branch and Bobbie Branch both of Killeen; brothers, Howard Branch and Abner Branch both of Lockhart; sisters, Novella Pettit of Lockhart, Janice Countee of Lincoln, Nebraska; 16 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Edward was retired from the US Army, a lifetime member of VFW #9191 and member DAV, he was also a member of Pershing Park Baptist Church.

Services were held on Friday October 29 at 11 a.m. in Pershing Park Baptist Church with Rev. Joda Weston officiating. Burial followed at Killeen Memorial Park.
