Ester Trevino Peralez, peacefully passed away on March 11, 2016. Ester was born on Aug. 19, 1936, in Fentress, Texas to parents Claudio Trevino and Felipa Chapa. She was married to Alejandro Peralez.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Juana De La Cruz; brothers, Nick Trevino and Robert Trevino; and great-grandson William Alejandro Kramer.
She is surviv

ed by her sisters: Ida Trevino and Emma Carrasco; brothers: Roy Trevino, Claudio Trevino, Jr. (Chico), and Joe Luis Trevino; and children, David Peralez, Eva Peralez, Alex Peralez, Isreal Peralez, Rigo Peralez and Dino Peralez; She also leaves behind 17 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Ester lived most of her life in Lockhart, Texas were she loved to cook for her large family. She also enjoyed listening to music and dancing with her many friends and family.
Family will receive friends at De Leon Funeral Home for recitation of the Holy Rosary on Thursday, March 17 at 7 p.m. A Mass of Celebration will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lockhart, Texas on Friday, March 18 at 10 a.m., with burial to follow.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are brother, Claudio “Chico” Trevino, Jr., grandsons, Alex Yanez, John Yanez, Michael Peralez, Alejandro Peralez and Freddie Armandarez, and family friend Primotivo Moreno.
