Helen Cooper Redding, 91, of Lockhart, formerly of San Antonio, Texas, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2005. She was born on Jan. 24, 1914 to Joseph and Maude Cooper.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Charles Edward Redding.
Ms. Redding is survived by son, Robert Redding, Sr. of Katy, Texas; grandchildren, Robert W. Redding Jr. of Golden, Colo., Cher

yl Redding-Votzmeyer of Corpus Christi, Texas, Kenneth DeWayne Redding of Katy, Texas, and Brenda Lea Redding of Schertz, Texas; great-grandchildren, Oscar William Redding, John Patrick Redding, Sean Christopher Votzmeyer, Charles Mathew Votzmeyer and Desiree Gonzales.
Ms. Redding was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Seguin, Texas and the Tulsa Oklahoma Jr. Symphony Orchestra. She retired from civil service after 28 years with SAC.
Services were held at 5 p.m., on Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at McCurdy Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in Kansas, where she will be laid to rest next to her parents.
