Homeless Count looking for assistance
The Caldwell County Homeless Coalition, working with the Texas Homeless network, is looking for volunteers to help with the Point-in-Time Count on Thursday, Jan. 23. The count aims to provide a snapshot of individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Caldwell County.
