Juanita R. Cisneros was called home to be with her Savior on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010, in Austin, Texas. She was born on Feb. 3, 1946, to Genero and Juana Robles in Laredo, Texas. A woman who served and loved the Lord deeply, Juanita was a member of Oakview Baptist Church where she served as a great example to her family, friends and c

ommunity.

Juanita left a beautiful imprint on everyone who was privileged to know her. She will be deeply loved, missed and cherished until we meet again in Eternal Glory.

She is preceded in death by her father, Genaro Robles and her brother, Eloy Robles.

She is survived by her husband, Jaime Cisneros; mother, Juana Vasquez Robles; son, Gabriel Ramos; granddaughters, Marissa and Amanda Ramos; brothers: Israel Robles (Amelia), Genaro Robles, Jr. (Elidia) and Ramiro Cantu (Perla); and sisters: Abby R. Garza (Alfredo), Elva R. Veliz (Ruperto) and Zulema Robles. She was also a blessing to her numerous nephews and nieces.

Family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 8, 2010, at McCurdy Funeral Home in Lockhart, Texas, with a prayer service at 6 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010, at Oakview Baptist Church in Lockhart, with Pastor Juan Manuel Sanchez officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Lawn Memorial Park in Martindale, Texas.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are: Alfredo Garza, Genaro Robles, Jr., Arturo Flores, Rolando Gomez, Elias Villalobos and Joe Sanchez.
