Karen Alford

Karen Kinsey Alford, 60, of Cedar Creek, Texas passed away on Dec. 12, 2016. She was born on Sept. 18, 1956 in San Marcos, Texas to Bobby Earl and Betty Jean Kinsey.
After graduating from Bastrop High school; she became a floral designer. She enjoyed crafting and her fur babies.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tonya Marie Jones; and brother, Ronald Kinsey.

She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Tommy Alford; son, Richard Jones; daughter, Veronica Baxter (Lloyd); two brothers, Rodney Kinsey and Rodger Kinsey; five grandchildren; and three fur babies, Ranger, Annie and Yoda Bear.
Family will receive friends from 7 – 9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 16, 2016, at McCurdy Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016, at McCurdy Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Bunton Cemetery.
