EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE
Caldwell County, Texas is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the following items:
Lot 1 – a lot of dictation equipment, monitors, keyboards, towers, print cartridges, fax machines
, and typewriters of various makes and models in various states of disrepair.
Lot 2 – a lot of printers, security monitors, scanners, and typewriters of various makes and models in various states of disrepair.
Lot 3 – a lot of telex machines, printers, modems, shredders, typewriters, dictation equipment, monitors, scanners, and battery backups of various makes and models in various states of disrepair.
Lot 4 – a lot of monitors, printers, keyboards, computer regulators, faxes, data transfer switches, and microphone system of various makes and models in various states of disrepair.
Lot 5 – a lot of monitors, keyboards, towers, observation monitors and power supply switches, power backups, and microcomputer regulator of various makes and models in various states of disrepair.
Lot 6 – a lot of VHS camera, monitors, keyboards, towers, dictaphone equipment, transfer switch, power supply backups of various makes and models in various states of disrepair.
Lot 7 – a lot of keyboards, printers, fax machines, video camera, towers, typewriters, and battery backups of various makes and models in various states of disrepair.
Lot 8 – a lot of postage machine, towers, monitors, reverse power systems, printers, keyboards, and stylus printers of various makes and models in various states of disrepair.
Lot 9 – a lot of copiers, centracoms, shredders, and printers of various makes and models in various states of disrepair.
Lot 10 – a lot of typewriters, copiers, typewriters, printers, scanners, and monitors of various makes and models in various states of disrepair.
Lot 11 – a lot of metal detector, dictalog and plotter of various makes and models in various states of disrepair.
Lot 12 – a lot of 22 filing cabinets of various models in various states of condition.
Lot 13 – a lot of 4 wooden desks, table, and metal cabinet in various states of condition.
Lot 14 – a lot of 3 wooden desks, 3 metal desks, and 2 tables in various states of condition.
Lot 15 – a lot of 37 school desks in various states of condition.
Lot 16- a lot of 3 wooden desks, 3 metal desks, and a wooden shelf in various states of condition.
Lot 17 – a lot of 7 wooden desks, 2 metal desks and 1 wooden shelf in various states of condition.
Lot 18 – a lot of 4 metal desks and 1 metal shelf in various states of condition.
Lot 19 – a lot of 3 air compressors and a spray unit pump in various states of disrepair and condition.
Lot 20 – a lot of assorted chairs in various states of condition.
Lot 21 – a lot of theater seats in various states of condition.
Lot 22 – a lot of 5 six foot round tables and 2 four foot round tables in various states of condition.
Lot 23 – a lot of 2 motors, 2 freon recovery units, 1 transmission, and 1 propane tank in various states of condition and disrepair.
Lot 24 – a lot of 1 critical care hospital bed and 1 drafting table in various states of condition.
Lot 25 – one welder in unknown condition.
Lot 26 – 1 Kohler in unknown condition.
Lot 27 – a lot of radio equipment of various makes and models in various states of disrepair.
Lot 28 – a lot of 1 generator, 1 sprayer, and 1 manual pump all of which are in unknown condition.
The foregoing terms of monitors, keyboards, towers, printers, etc. generally refer to computer equipment.
These 28 lots are available for inspection and several of the lots have been palletized. To arrange for an inspection of any lot listed please contact Curtis Weber at 512-738-1508. All of this property is currently stored at the County’s Dale, Texas location.
Sealed bids should be submitted to the office of the County Judge, Caldwell County Courthouse, 110 South Main Street, Room 201, Lockhart, Texas 78644. Bids must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. on March 21st, 2013.
The foregoing notice is being published once pursuant to Section 263.153(b) of the Texas Local Government Code.

PLUM CREEK CONSERVATION DISTRICT is accepting bids for the removal of approximately 9,100 feet of fence and replacement of approximately 6,700 feet of fence around one of its flood control structures 2 miles east of McMahan.

Plum Creek Conservation District is accepting bids for ground application of fertilizer and herbicide to approximately 500 acres on 25 flood control structures. Approximately 255 acres to be applied around the 1st of April and 245 acres to be applied around the 1st of May.
