The City of Lockhart is seeking to contract with a professional management firm to provide the necessary program management services and overall program implementation for the City’s Texas Community Development Block Grant Program (T

xCDBG) – Community Development Fund project for the 2015/2016(PY) Program Year. Service contracts are contingent upon the City receiving a TxCDBG grant award.

The City of Martindale will hold a meeting at 06:00 PM on September 29, 2015 at Council Meeting Room, 411 Main St., Martindale , TX to consider adopting a proposed tax rate for tax year 2015. The proposed tax rate is 0.497000 per $100 of value.

 

The proposed tax rate would increase total taxes in City of Martindale by 3.069266 percent.

CALDWELL COUNTY INVITATION FOR BIDS

Caldwell County will be accepting sealed bids for:

To submit proposals for this contract, prospective bidders shall, on Monday, September 28, 2015, meet the following requirements: (1) be qualified via “Confidential Questionnaire” by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for bidding on State projects or within the ninety (90) day grace period for the preparation of a new qualification statement, or have submitted the Confidential Questionnaire and have it on file with TxDOT at least ten (10) days prior to the date proposals are to be opened; (2) be registered with the State of Texas; and (3) provide suitable evidence of prior experience for similar work and be able to provide written documentation of successfully completed similar contracts.
