LJHS 7th graders sweep Miller

While Lockhart Junior High’s 9-game winning streak for its 8th grade Maroon squad came to an end, the 7^th Grade Lions swept San Marcos Miller.

The 7^th Grade Maroon Lions (2-0) whipped San Marcos Miller, 39-13, with Demonte Anthony and Miguel Sustayta called out as the top performers by LJHS Head Coach Willie Boyd.

The 7th Grade White Lions (1-0) also handled Miller, 32-6, with Jerry Peralez and Landon Haynes named the top performers. 

In 8^th Grade action, Miller topped the 8^th Grade Maroon (1-1), 34-0, while the 7^th Grade White Lions (1-1) lost, 14-0.
