Lynn Parrish

Lynn Parrish, 82, of Lytton Springs, passed away on the evening of April 4, 2014. He was born to the late Charles Warner Parrish and Ruby Cassie Burditt Parrish on Oct. 27, 1931, in Lockhart, Texas. Lynn attended Lockhart High School and went on to have a successful career in driving heavy equipment. He was married to Patricia Strawn Parrish on May 6, 1956.

n death by his parents, Charles and Ruby Parrish; three brothers and one sister: Sonny Parrish, Billy Parrish, Bobby Parrish and Janice Seidel.

Lynn is survived by his loving wife and three children: Patti Hammonds and husband, Art, of Haslet, Karen Fincher and husband, Pete, of Stephenville, and Mark Parrish and wife, Melody, of Lytton Springs.; one brother and one sister, Charles Parrish, of Lockhart, and Betty Parrish Whitley, of Baytown, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements were held at McCurdy Funeral Home in Lockhart on April 8at 2 p.m.
