Marcario Garcia

Marcario Garcia, our beloved father, brother, son, grandfather and friend, resident of San Marcos, went peacefully to his eternal rest to be with our Heavenly Father on Aug. 23, 2005 at the age of 59 years.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Garcia and his brothers, Felimon Garcia and Rafael Garcia, Jr.
He is survived by his father, Rafael Garcia, Sr.,

of San Marcos; daughters, JoAnna Hernandez and husband Alfred of Buda, Janette Sarmiento and husband Donald of Donna, Texas, Gina Garcia and husband Ricky McEachern of Pflugerville, Deborah Ann Gaitan and husband Adon of Austin, and Sara Lara of San Marcos; brothers, Augustin Garcia of San Marcos, Pablo Garcia of Lawton, Okla., and Johnny Garcia of Colorado Springs, Colo.; sisters, Rafaela Deleon, Terry Garcia and Anita Franco, all of San Marcos, Rachael Mendez and Maria Villareal, both of Austin, Lupe Guzman of Luling, Janie Garcia of Lockhart and Maria Chavez of Staples; and 23 grandchildren.
Recitation of rosary was Thursday, Aug. 25 at 7:30 p.m. at Los Angeles Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial was Friday, Aug. 26 at noon at St. John’s Catholic Church, with Rev. John Kelly officiating. Interment followed in San Juan Cemetery in Reedville, Texas with Deacon Lalo Duran officiating.
Proud to serve as pallbearers were Ricky McEachern, Richard Guebarra, Adon Gaitan, Alfred Hernandez, Donald Sarmiento and Alberto Hernandez.
