Lockhart held its 20th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebration and march on Monday with hundreds attending the event that began at City Hall and traveled trough town to El Rey restaurant on Seawillow Road. Lockhart ISD students carry a flag honoring King and his legacy. LISD Photo
