Ovetta Francis “Frankie” Winfrey, 70, passed away in Lockhart, Texas on June 3, 2015. She was very much loved and honored in our community by her many friends and family.
She is survived by her husband, Curtis M. Pilgrim, and the rest of her loving family and friends.
