Several jailed for guilty pleas

The Caldwell County District Courts disposed of several cases during the month of February with the use of plea agreements. The agreements entered include:
Larry Bordovsky – plead guilty to robbery and was sentenced to two years in prison;
Sammy Wilhoite – plead true to violating his probation for aggravated assault was sentenced to six years in prison;
Gui

llermo Rivera – plead guilty to fraudulent use of identifying information and was sentenced to eight months in State Jail;
Ortan Haywood – plead guilty to injury to a child and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine;
Alvin Hicks – plead true to violating his probation for Driving While Intoxicated and possession of firearm. He was sentenced to two years in prison on each case;
Christopher Patschke – plead guilty to credit card abuse and sentenced to five years deferred adjudication and a $1,000 fine;
Manuel Campos – plead guilty to assault and plead true to violating his probation for aggravated assault. He was sentenced to 10 years probated for seven years and sent to Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility;
Jessie Rodriguez – plead guilty to forgery of government instrument and was sentenced to 10 years probated for 6 years and a $3,000 fine;
Terry Brewer – plead guilty to theft and sentenced to two years in prison;
Edwin Katzur – plead guilty to theft and sentenced to two years in prison;
Tiffany Rowan – plead guilty to Possession of Cocaine and sentenced to three years deferred adjudication and an $800 fine;
Isaac Martinez – pled true to violating his probation for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and sentenced to 11 months in State Jail;
Dora Pastrano – plead true to violating her deferred adjudication for forgery and was sentenced to two years in state jail probated for five years;
Bobby Plemmons – plead guilty to Aggravated Assault on Peace Officer and was sentenced to 25 years in prison;
Carlos Cruz – plead guilty to Possession of Cocaine. He was sentenced to two years deferred adjudication and a $1,000 fine;
Ervin Mayberry – plead guilty to 2 courts of DWI with child passenger. He was four years probation, a$1,000 fine and to have a mandatory interlock device installed in his vehicle;
Audomaro Sandoval, Jr. – plead guilty to Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication and a $1,500 fine;
Gregory DeLeon – plead guilty to Aggravated Assault/Injury to a Child. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to10 years in prison;
Jedaiah Branch – plead guilty to Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to one year in State Jail;
Robert Mayer – plead true to violating his probation for Burglary of a Building. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 20 months in State Jail
Dameon Curtis, Jr. – plead guilty to Possession of Cocaine. He was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine
Juan Robledo – plead guilty to Failure to Register as sex offender. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to one year in State Jail
Christopher Kierych – plead guilty to three counts of Arson. Kierych was sentenced to years deferred adjudication and ordered to pay a $3,000 fine and $42,300 restitution with 6 months in jail;
Robert Hitchcock – plead guilty Arson. He was sentenced to years deferred adjudication and ordered to pay a $3,000 fine and $42,300 restitution with 6 months in jail;
Luis Villareal – plead guilty to Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity – Burglary of Vehicle and was sentenced to years probation and a $1,500 fine
Mario Castillo – plead guilty to Sexual Assault. He was sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication and ordered to pay a $3,000 fine;
Shelley Kelly – plead guilty to Obtaining Controlled Substance by Fraudulent Prescription and was sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication and a $3,000 fine;
Robert Ortiz, Sr. – plead guilty to Assault. He was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to pay a $500 fine;
Andrew Johnson – plead guilty to Possession of Cocaine, Methamphetamine and Dihydrocodeinone. He received a sentence of 10 years probated, for 7 years and a $2,000 fine;
Rosemary Orr – plead guilty to Possession of Cocaine. She was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to pay a $2,000 fine;
Tyler Pendergrass – plead guilty to Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication and ordered to pay $1,000 fine;
Clark Netherly – plead guilty to Tampering with Evidence and Evading Arrest. He was sentenced to two years in prison on the tampering charge and two years in State Jail for evading;
Jose Martinez – plead guilty to Sexual Assault and was sentenced to eight years deferred adjudication and 180 days in jail;
Johnny Gauna – plead guilty to Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication and a $1,500 fine; and
Birjilio Jaimes – plead guilty to Sexual Assault of a Child. He was sentenced to six years in prison.
