Sherry Pool

Sherry Pool, loving mother, grandmother and wife joined the Angels in Heaven on July 3, 2009. She was a member of Prairie Lea Baptist Church in Prairie Lea, Texas. Her life was filled with a lot of hard work, love and helping hand to anyone in need. She retired from the University of Texas and now has retired to be one of the Lords Angels in Heaven.
She was preceded

in death by her mother, Cleo; her grandmother, Mae; and her brother, Lynn Hooper.

Mrs. Pool is survived by her husband, John Pool; her son, Rocky Chesnut and wife, Carrie, son, Rodney Max Messenger and daughter, Katrina, son, Robby Messenger, daughter, Carla Alacala and husband, Adam; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services were held at the Prairie Lea Baptist Church at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 6, 2009. Interment followed at the Fentress Cemetery.
