State Park host Turkey Trot 

The Lockhart State Park would like to invite everyone to come out and participate for a chance to win a FREE TURKEY donated by Chisholm Trail BBQ at this year’s Turkey Trot. 

         The event will be held at the Lockhart State Park on Saturday, November 22 at 9 am. The event will be a 1 mile or a 5K run/walk to celebrate fall in the park.  There will be a live DJ, prizes for top finishers and a raffle. The event is free with a paid entry of $3 into the park for adults. 

       Lockhart State Park would like to recognize Henry Gomez for putting this event together for the past few years. Each year the event grows. Thank you for starting this tradition that we are so grateful to be a part of.
