Artists Matt Tumlinson (left) of San Antonio and David Bond of Waco paint a mural on the side the building on the southeast corner of Commerce and Market streets in downtown Lockhart, The guys painted the mural last Thursday in time to welcome visitors to the Texas Monthly BBQ Fest that took place over the weekend.
