Sandra Lynn Niemann (Culpepper)

10/19/1980 – 11/19/20

Sandy was born in San Marcos Texas Hospital on October 19, 1980 to Robert and Jerrie K. Culpepper. Sandy began her early childhood in Bateman, Red Rock, Texas. The family moved west to Alpine Texas where she grew up showing horses, play days and scouting where she made many amazing life long friends.

After high school she returned “home”, to meet and marry the love of her life, Joe Roy Niemann they married on February 16th, 2002.

Sandy and Joe spent most all of their time together enjoying life with many ventures and good times. She had a way of making connections with people that lasted a lifetime whether it be through jeeping, charities, or just hanging out and laughing. Her passions in life included but not limited to: the beach, scouting, her softball girls “the divas”, VFW 2527, jeeples, baking and most of all being a “MOM.”

Sandy is survived by her children, Calynn (Lex), Cheyenne (Colt), Charles, John Wayne Hemphill and Grandson Kasen. Brother Dusty Culpeper (Jennifer). Sister Shannon Culpepper. Brother in-law Craig Murphy. Mother Jerrie K. Culpepper and Mother in-law Susan Wolfe (Earl) Father in-law Father in-law Joe Niemann Sr.

Nieces and Nephews: Lauren (Quentin), Wyatt, Emma “Poodle”, Gunner, Waylon, Grace, Kathryn, Corbin, and great niece Elena. And all her beloved “adopted” kids.

She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Culpepper. Father in law Frank Wolfe, Uncle, Randy Culpepper, Cousin Jeff Culpepper. Nephew Ruger Culpepper and Grandparents, Clarence & Betty Vogel and Roger and Sarah Culpepper.
