NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Lockhart Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at 7:00 P.M. in the lower level of City Hall, 308 West San Antonio Street, Lockhart, Texas, to receive public input regarding the following:
SUP-16-03. A request by Daniel Mendez for a Specific Use Permit to allow a DF-2 Duplex-Family Development Type in the RMD Residential Medium Density District on 0.191 acre in Byrd Lockhart League, Abstract No. 17, located at 823 North Commerce Street.
All interested persons owning property within 200 feet of this property who wish to state their support or opposition may do so at this Public Hearing; or they may submit a written statement to the City Planner or his designee for presentation to the Planning and Zoning Commission at or before the time the Public Hearing begins.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Martindale is soliciting proposals for the preparation of FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) applications and the subsequent preliminary and final design plans and necessary interim and final inspections required by the City for the implementation of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program project(s) if the City is awarded a State HMGP contract.
Please submit three (3) copies of your proposal of services, a statement of qualifications, resumes of key personnel, reference and a list of jobs performed under this or similar programs to Randy Bunker, Mayor, City of Martindale, PO Box 365, Martindale, TX 78655-0365.
Proposals must be received by the City no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 to be considered .
