Lions Boys Cross Country earn runner-up status in Luling

     The Lockhart Boys Cross Country team turned in a strong performance Saturday, earning runner-up honors at the Luling Invitational. Competing against a talented field, the Lions showcased their depth and determination throughout the race.

     The team now sets its sights on the upcoming District 25-5A meet, scheduled for October 9 at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock. The district competition will determine which teams advance to the regional level.
