City Election Filings

 Candidates have started throwing their hats into the ring for the November 4, 2025, City Election. Candidates have until August 18, 2025 at 5 pm to file for their name to appear on the ballot in the November election. Several candidates have already secured their place on the ballot.

• District 1: Juan Mendoza filed on August 11, 2025, while Patrick Struka filed earlier on July 31, 2025.

• District 2: John Castillo filed on August 5, 2025.

• At Large: Brad Westmoreland filed on August 1, 2025. 

     Residents will have the opportunity to elect representatives for these positions in the upcoming municipal election.
