Gordon Reed

Gordon Reed, of Lockhart, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2010. He was born Nov. 28, 1928, to Jim and Althea Reed.

He is preceded in death by his brothers, Cleo Reed and J.E. Reed.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Reed of Lockhart; son, Phillip Gordon and wife, Val Reed, of North Bend, Wash.; daughter, Diana and Johnny Taylor of Lockhart; grandchil

dren: Rodney Taylor, John Paul and wife, Beckie Taylor, Lacey G. and husband, Russell Anderson, Christa and husband, Bobby McVicker; four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family received friends on Friday, Aug. 27, 2010, at McCurdy Funeral Home. Services were held in McCurdy Memorial Chapel, Aug. 28, 2010. Interment followed to Jeffery Cemetery.
