Junior Lions cap off big season

The Lockhart Junior Lions came up short in the Patriot Bowl against the Toros. The Junior Lions then went to Dallas the following week to play at the Cowboys Stadium. They won two of three games there. The Junior Lions, comprised of 4th and 5th graders, include Easton Moore, Patrick Curran, Marshall Kloss, Jesse Sanchez Jr., Eli Stone, Cash Plummer, Ryan Harb, Triston Navarro, Ian Tummins, Christopher Leyva, James Auekman, Tyson Wilson, Zachary Rubio, Jayden Castenada, Damien Rodriguez, Jace “Big Tex” Wright, Caden Pierre, Kamron Kalhoun, and Adrian Martinez. The Head Coach is Chris Martinez with assistants John Wright, Rodney Wilson, Larry Tummins, Chuey Sanchez, Clay Stone, and Team Mom Rachel Martinez.
