Capetillo post personal best for Lady Lions

On Tuesday, Dec. 5, the Lockhart Lady Lions’ golfers hit the ground running. Anissa Capetillo led the Lions by posting another person best score with a 95 for a 7^th-place finish. Capetillo put a highlight on her round by making an eagle on the par 4, 11th hole. “Anissa has really improved from last year and continues to make solid improvement,” Lockhart Head Coach Franklin Hudson said. Zoie Ledesma was right behind Capetillo, posting a 104 for 12th place. Alejandra Osuna finished in 19th with a 111. MacKenzie Mayfield fired a 122, securing 24^th, and Karlee Scott continues to improve by posting a 132 for 29th. “All their efforts paid off with our ladies taking a home the 3rd place Team Title,” Hudson said.
