Lillian Roberts

Lillian M. Roberts, 82, passed away May 31, 2011.  She was born in Lockhart on June 2, 1928, to Egon and Lillie Schaefer.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one son, James Roberts; and two brothers, Rudolph Schaefer and Hilbert Schaefer.

She is survived by her husband Jess “Pete” Roberts; one son, Hank and Pat Roberts; two daughters, Janice Lewis and Shirley an

d John Murphy; three brothers, Lawrence Schaefer, Leroy Schaefer and Joe Schaefer; 12 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held June 5, 2011 at McCurdy Funeral Home and services were June 6, 2011, at McCurdy Memorial Chapel.  Internment followed at Memory Lawn Memorial Park.
