Rebecca Velasquez

Rebecca Velasquez, 52, of Lockhart, Texas passed away on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010, in Kyle, Texas. She was born on Oct. 25, 1957, to Ramon and Guadalupe (Rodriguez) De Leon in Lockhart, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Manuel Rodriguez.

Rebecca is survived by her husband, Edward Velasquez; daughters: Monica (Lemon) Velasquez, Mello Velas

quez and Merissa Velasquez; brothers: Juan De Leon, Raymond De Leon, Anthony De Leon and Michael De Leon; and sisters: Ramona Reyes, Lydia Roy, Rachael Quirros, Irma Zapata, Patricia De Leon. She was also blessed to have in her life numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010 at 12309 Mustang Mesa Drive, in Mustang Ridge, Texas.
