Adelina Velasquez Soberanes, 64, beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great-grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on August 23, 2022. She entered this world on September 15, 1957 in Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán, Mexico, born to Daniel Soberanes and Teresa Velasquez. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a daughter, Kitey Ortuno.
Adelina is survived by her husband Gaspar Sanchez Ortuno, daughter Bianey Ortuno, sons Edgar Ortuno and Hugo Armando Ortuno, grandchildren, Miguel Angel Chavez, Alicia Nicole Ortuno, Brittney Michelle Ortuno, Oscar Becerra, Hugo Armando Ortuno, Jr., Isaiah Ortuno, Brisa Becerra, Ethan Ortuno, Edgar Ortuno, Jr., Faith Ortuno, Grace Ortuno, great-grandchildren Azery Adelina Garcia, Oscar Elian Becerra and Aaiyla Joann Garcia.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at Centro de Avivamiento Monte de Sion (7000 Cameron Rd, Austin, Texas 78752) with the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery (330 Berry Ln, Georgetown, Texas 78626).

El velorio será a partir de las 9:00 a. m. del martes 30 de agosto de 2022 en el Centro de Avivamiento Monte de Sion (7000 Cameron Rd, Austin, Texas 78752) con el funeral a la 1:00 p. m. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio Our Lady of the Rosary (330 Berry Ln, Georgetown, Texas 78626).
