Independent Cattlemen up the ante with $1,500 reward in Bexar County cattle shootings

Independent Cattlemen’s Association of Texas offers up an additional $1,500 to existing cash rewards, now totaling $11,500, for any information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for the cattle shootings in the Elmendorf and Saint Hedwig area of Bexar County.
