On Monday LISD Board of Trustees recognized two Lockhart Junior High School soccer teams for an outstanding season and a remarkable accomplishment.

This year, the 7th Grade Girls Soccer Team and the 8th Grade Boys Soccer Team were crowned District Champions, earning the highest honor available in junior high soccer competition.

Throughout the season, these student-athletes demonstrated skill, determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship while representing Lockhart Junior High School with pride.

Their success reflects countless hours of hard work, preparation, and commitment both on and off the field.

LISD also recognizes the coaches and families whose support helped make this achievement possible.

Winning a district championship is a tremendous accomplishment, and LISD is incredibly proud of these student-athletes for the way they represented their school and community.
