Ronald K. Maddox
Ronald K. Maddox, 60, went to be with the Lord on July 31, 2025. He was born in Houston.
He served 19 years in TDC Prison system where he found the Lord. After released he dedicated himself to follow in the Lords foot prints working thru Kairos Prison Ministry.
His favorite topic of conversation were Jesus, motorcycles and the life changing work he did with Kairos and his church. He would always say “God’s got Me”
He is survived by wife Sally Maddox, sisters Sandra Davis and Rhonda Faith; his children Bobby Cast, Stephanie Knickerbocker, Ashley Maddox, Ronald J. Maddox, Michael Payton, 7 stepchildren; 8 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren and numerous other family and friends.
Ron was preceded by his parents Gloria Gott, James R. Maddox and his brother James F. Maddox.
His funeral will be held on Wed. August 6, 2025 at Lake Shore Funeral Chapel in Waco at 10am followed by burial in the Lockhart City Cemetery at 2:30pm.
Pallbearers will be Ronald Taplin, Rudy Rey Morales, Nickolas Fleming, Tony Sullivan, Charles Chaires, Randy Salazar and Simon Alquinson. Honorary pallbearers are Bill Pickard and brother John.
