Lockhart ISD hosts Lion Leadership Workshop

    Recently LISD wrapped their annual Lion Leadership Workshop, collaborating to transform vision into action and strengthen the work happening across the district.

     Throughout the day, leaders came together to share ideas, collaborate across campuses and departments, and examine the Childhood UnLocked initiative. Through thoughtful discussion and collaboration, attendees explored ways to foster healthier habits, strengthen meaningful connections, and create more balanced, engaging learning environments where every Lion can thrive.   

   They also continued their study of Great by Choice by Jim Collins, discussing the idea that excellence is built through intentionality and discipline. They used that lens to reflect on their own leadership, sharpen their focus on what matters most, and create a roadmap to guide their teams throughout the year.
