The 2nd Annual Locked In Faith Outreach brought the community together on May 9 for a day filled with fellowship, generosity, and faith-driven celebration.

Attendees enjoyed free food, snow cones, raffles, and baptisms as organizers and volunteers worked throughout the day to serve families and individuals across the community. Event leaders described the outreach as a powerful reminder of unity and the impact of faith in action.

“We witnessed the hand of God move not only throughout our community, but also in the lives of everyone who attended,” San Juan Salazar shared following the event.

The outreach was made possible through the support and participation of numerous churches, businesses, ministries, and community members, including DJ MSquared, House of Refuge Church, Restored Church, All Generations Church, HizHouze, Piri & Angela, Sacred Hands, Casa Zapata Bakery, Central Texas Autos, Holy Smokes, Toby Velasquez, In Jesus Name Outreach, JJ & Doc’s Shaved Ice, and the City of Lockhart.

Salazar also expressed gratitude to every volunteer, sponsor, and attendee who contributed to the event’s success.

“We give God all the glory,” Salazar said as he reflected on what many called an inspiring and blessing-filled day for the Lockhart community.
